YIS is an international workforce and partnership infrastructure company. We are not a recruitment agency. Our role is to verify and evaluate partners, align them with market requirements, coordinate relationships between relevant parties, follow up on execution, and help develop stronger international partnerships.

YIS works with Saudi recruitment companies, Saudi businesses and workforce teams, and qualified international recruitment partners and workforce providers.

We assess partners against relevant business, operational, market-readiness, and execution criteria before aligning them with a specific requirement or opportunity. The objective is not simply to create access, but to reduce uncertainty and improve the quality and reliability of the working relationship.

YIS works with an international network of partners across key markets in Asia and Africa, including the Philippines, India, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Kenya, and Uganda, as well as other markets depending on the nature of the requirement, sector, and partner readiness.

The process starts with understanding the requirement clearly: the workforce need, target market, expected scope, operating conditions, and partnership objectives. YIS then evaluates the appropriate structure, verifies the relevant parties, and determines the most suitable path forward.

YIS helps coordinate communication, align expectations, monitor progress, and maintain structured follow-up across the agreed process. Our role is to create clarity around responsibilities, information flow, and execution, while each party remains responsible for its own contractual and operational obligations.

International partners can begin by introducing their organization, capabilities, recruitment markets, and areas of specialization. YIS then reviews the partner against its qualification and readiness criteria before determining whether there is a suitable basis for cooperation.
