Privacy Policy
01 — Introduction
Your International Solutions (YIS), Arabic business name حلك الدولي لتسويق خدمات الاستقدام, respects the privacy of individuals and organizations who interact with the YIS website. This Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website is collected, used, processed, and handled.
This policy describes how the YIS website currently handles information submitted through its online forms and related website interactions.
02 — Information We Collect
YIS currently collects information that is submitted voluntarily through three pathways on the website: a Workforce Requirement submission, an International Partner Interest submission, and a Footer email subscription. In each case, some fields are required in order to process the request, and others are optional.
A. Workforce Requirement submissions may include:
- Company Name
- Name
- Job Title
- Business Email
- Phone / WhatsApp
- Estimated Number of Workers
- Preferred Nationality / Source Market
- Target Mobilization Timeline
- Workforce Requirement
- Additional Information
B. International Partner Interest submissions may include:
- Company Name
- Country
- Name
- Position / Title
- Business Email
- Phone / WhatsApp
- Company Website
- Countries the company can source from
- Main Workforce Categories
- Years in International Recruitment
- Recruitment capabilities and related information
C. Footer email subscription may include:
- Email address
This information is submitted by the individual completing the form and is not anonymous.
In addition to information submitted through these forms, the website may also collect aggregate analytics information about how visitors use the site — but only once a visitor has actively agreed to analytics. See Section 09, “Cookies, Analytics and Tracking,” below.
03 — Why We Collect Information
Workforce Requirement submissions are collected to understand and evaluate the workforce requirement described, assess potential international recruitment capabilities relevant to that requirement, communicate with the submitting organization, and follow up regarding potential YIS services or coordination.
International Partner Interest submissions are collected to review the submitting company, its sourcing markets, workforce categories, and recruitment capabilities for potential alignment with Saudi market requirements and possible future cooperation.
Submitting an International Partner Interest form does not constitute registration, approval, accreditation, or acceptance into the YIS network. It is an expression of interest that YIS may review.
Footer email subscription submissions are collected to send the professional and marketing communications described in Section 06, “Email Subscription and Marketing Communications,” below.
Aggregate analytics information, where a visitor has agreed to it, is collected to understand overall website usage, traffic sources, and content and conversion performance, and to help YIS improve the website over time. See Section 09 for details.
04 — How Information Is Used
Submitted information may be used to:
- review and respond to the submission;
- communicate with the person or organization that submitted it;
- assess workforce requirements or potential partnership alignment;
- coordinate appropriate follow-up within YIS;
- maintain necessary business correspondence related to the inquiry.
05 — How Submissions Are Processed
Website submissions are transmitted to YIS through transactional email. The website does not currently maintain an application database containing these form submissions. Instead, each submission is delivered to the YIS business email environment for review and follow-up.
As a result, ordinary operational email records may remain as business correspondence, in the same way any other business email would.
The Footer email subscription described in Section 06 is handled differently: submitting that form creates a persistent subscriber record with a third-party email platform, rather than only a one-time transactional email. See Section 06 and Section 07 for details.
06 — Email Subscription and Marketing Communications
In addition to the Workforce Requirement and International Partner Interest forms described above, the YIS website offers a voluntary email subscription available through the website Footer, in both Arabic and English. Submitting an email address through this subscription form is optional and is not required to use any other part of the website.
Email addresses collected through the Footer subscription may be used to send YIS professional insights, guides, and market updates; company and service updates; relevant solutions; partnership opportunities; and related professional and marketing communications. This subscription is not limited to Insights content.
Information associated with a Footer email subscription may include:
- the email address provided;
- the preferred language associated with the subscription (Arabic or English);
- the website placement through which the subscription was made (currently the Footer);
- the page of the website from which the subscription was first made;
- the date and time of the most recent explicit subscription request;
- the wording/version of the consent language shown at the time of the most recent explicit subscription request.
Submitting the Footer subscription form is the visitor’s explicit request to receive the communications described above, made under the consent language displayed alongside the subscription form at the time of submission.
Subscribers may unsubscribe from these communications at any time, using the unsubscribe option included in each marketing or professional email sent to them once such communications begin.
Subscription information is maintained for as long as necessary to manage the subscription. Where a subscriber unsubscribes, YIS may retain limited information about that request as necessary to respect the opt-out and avoid re-contacting the subscriber without a new explicit request.
07 — Service Providers and International Processing
YIS currently uses Resend as a transactional email delivery provider for website submissions. Information submitted through the Workforce Requirement and International Partner Interest forms is processed through Resend as necessary to deliver that information to YIS by email. Resend does not independently determine how YIS uses the information it receives.
Resend states that its primary data processing operations are located in the United States. As a result, information submitted through these forms may be processed outside Saudi Arabia as part of email delivery.
You can review Resend’s own privacy practices at their Privacy Policy.
YIS also uses Resend to maintain the subscriber list for the Footer email subscription described in Section 06, and, once such communications begin, to send the professional and marketing communications associated with that subscription. Resend’s role in processing this information is separate from, but of the same nature as, its role in delivering the Workforce Requirement and International Partner Interest submissions described above.
Where a visitor has actively agreed to analytics (see Section 09), YIS also uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to help measure and understand website usage. Google may process this information as necessary to provide the Google Analytics service to YIS, and this processing may take place outside Saudi Arabia.
You can review Google’s relevant privacy information at their Privacy Policy.
This section describes the service providers used by the current website implementation. It does not represent a complete or permanent list of every service provider YIS may use in the future.
08 — Data Retention
The YIS website application does not store Workforce Requirement or International Partner Interest submissions in its own database or file storage. Each submission is transmitted through Resend (see Section 07) and delivered to YIS as a business enquiry at info@yis-rec.com. The submitted information may therefore remain:
- in YIS business email correspondence;
- within transactional email delivery infrastructure;
- in ordinary technical or server records, where applicable.
YIS retains enquiry and related correspondence data only for as long as reasonably necessary to process and respond to the enquiry, to carry out legitimate business follow-up, to maintain an ongoing business relationship where one exists, and to meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations. When there is no longer a legitimate need to retain this information, it is deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements. YIS does not apply a single fixed retention period to this information and does not operate an automated deletion process.
Email addresses and the associated subscription and consent information collected through the Footer email subscription are retained while the subscription remains active. On unsubscribe, the subscriber is removed from active mailing use; YIS may retain the minimum information reasonably necessary to record the unsubscribe and consent status, demonstrate compliance, and prevent unintended future mailing (see Section 06).
Where a visitor has consented to analytics, YIS’s configurable Google Analytics 4 retention settings are currently set to 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. Analytics data is collected only after explicit analytics consent (see Section 09). Google processes analytics data in accordance with the applicable service terms and policies referenced in Section 07.
The “yis_analytics_consent” cookie, which records your analytics choice, is retained for approximately 12 months, as described in Section 09.
10 — Security
YIS takes reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled through the website. Credentials used to deliver form submissions are handled on the server side and are not exposed to website visitors, and basic measures are used to reduce automated and abusive form submissions.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and YIS does not claim a specific security certification or guarantee absolute security.
11 — Data Subject Rights
Where an individual’s personal data is subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), that individual has the following rights, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in the PDPL and its implementing regulations:
- the right to be informed of the legal basis and the purposes for processing their personal data;
- the right to request access to their personal data held by YIS;
- the right to obtain a copy of their personal data in a readable and clear format;
- the right to request the correction, completion, or updating of their personal data;
- the right to request the destruction of their personal data where it is no longer needed or where destruction is permitted under the PDPL;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time where the processing is based on consent, subject to applicable requirements.
To exercise any of these rights, contact YIS at info@yis-rec.com. YIS reviews each request on a case-by-case basis and responds in accordance with applicable requirements. Some information may need to be retained where retention is required or permitted under applicable law.
12 — Third-Party Links
The YIS website may link to external websites, including third-party services referenced in this policy. Any such external website is governed by its own privacy practices, and YIS is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.
13 — Changes to This Policy
YIS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as website practices, services, or applicable requirements change. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
